Okay, this breaking news just in from NASA. An asteroid as big as an aircraft carrier is speeding towards the earth as we speak! Well, I guess as you read. If you read before it passes us that is! The asteroid is scheduled to soar between the earth and the moon in the early hours of tuesday morning. NASA has classified “2005 YU55” as a “potentially hazardous object.” Asteroid 2005 YU55 is going to pass closer to the earth than any asteroids have done in the past 35 years!

The asteroid which is estimated to be about 1,300 feet (almost 400 meters) wide is supposed to pass only 201,700 miles from the earth! Thats it?? My car has more miles on it than that! “Asteroids have passed this close and even closer in the past” Says Bing Quock, assistant director of the Morrison Planetarium at the California Academy of Science “but astronomers have not had as much advance notice.”

Quock (I checked the spelling many times and no it is not Quack) said that the early alert along with asteroid 2005 YU55s close call with earth will allow NASA to map the surface of this asteroid with extremely high resolution.

Here is a spontanious interesting fact for you: The last time an asteroid flew this close to earth was in 1976 (Saturday Night, by the Bay City Rollers was one of the biggest songs of the year that year so think WAY back!) and the next time it will happen won’t be until 2028 ( I will be 43 years old then! I better enjoy this one while I still have my youth!)

For sight seeing the scientists at NASA will be using a 230 foot long antenna out of the Deep Space Network in California. Hmm and they say size doesn’t matter. A giant Arecibo radio telescope somewhere in Peurto Rico is supposed to be capturing images of asteroid 2005 YU55 as well starting at 3:28 p.m. on November 8th. Wow 3:28, these guys don’t seem precise at all! How many seconds after the 28th minute is it going to be!? We NEED to know this info guys!

You can run, but you CAN'T hide!

Still want to know more? How bout you track the asteroid through NASA. Hopefully the guys at NASA have figured out the issues the had with UARS a couple months back and made a few corrections! Those of you who followed UARS will know what I am
talking about.

So I am sure that everyone has heard of Clark Griswold. You know, star of the National Lampoons vacation series! Come on, think back to 1983. The year after Top Gun was released on VHS! Okay, well I remember them anyways. For those of you that don’t your not going to fully get this story. Anyways, stick around, its still pretty funny either way.

Meet Mark and Jennifer, Colarado residents whom adopted Clark Griswold at the ripe young age of 8 weeks. Now I am just going to come right out and say this. The particular Clark Griswold I am talking about isn’t the star from those (once) hilarious movies that are collecting dust in our parents basement. He is actually a talking… Dog. Yes thats right, part shepard and part malamoy, talking DOG. Well… Not quite. But thats what everyone likes to believe he is!

So anyways, Clark Griswold was adopted from a puppy shelter in Colarado by Mark and Jennifer at 8 weeks old. Next thing you know before Clark is a year and a half old he is talking! Now I am not saying that another dog makes a noise that sounds like a word in our language and suddenly angels appear from the heavens and oceans part to let this dog through, no. Clark can have a full out conversation with his owners! Don’t believe me? Check it here out before you judge!

See, I told you! A real live talking Clark Griswold!

Ya I know, I didn’t think I could fool you guys for long! But it is rather amusing! And believe me its still funny after repeat viewings.

So it turns out that Clark Griswold can’t actually talk. I was dissapointed too to find out the truth! Turns out a friend of Mark and Jennifer sent the original recording of Clark to a voice over specialist in Nova Scotia and he turned up this masterpiece. But, 67 million YouTube views isn’t the end of it for this phoney talking dog. That video tape landed Clark contracts for commercials and being the spokes(person) for a few different companies including BooBooloon, and if you hate the cones around the neck thing on pets you will love this!

Don’t worry either. Mark and Jennifer aren’t totally raking in on this fake talking dog. They are giving a portion of the proceeds to the Colorado Puppy Rescue as well as some to the Dumb Friends League (an animal shelter in Denver).

Mark and Jennifer, thanks for the laughs. Even if it is a little bit of false advertising.

In 1996, at age 12, Amy won a space in the prestigious Sylvia Young Theatre School but was expelled for getting her nose pierced. She started writing songs at the age of 14, one year after receiving her first guitar.

On July 23 2011 the singer and song writer was discovered dead in her bed in London home. After initial autopsy results proved inconclusive, a coroner has determined that Amy Winehouse died from consuming an extreme amount of alcohol. Amy had struggled for many years with substance abuse. There were no illegal drugs in her system at the time of death police detectives said there were a lot of empty vodka bottles discovered in her room. According to the results of the autopsy the 27 year old singer passed away with a blood alchohol level more than five times the limit for drinking and driving.

According to the doctor of Amy Winehouse the singer had began drinking again shortly before her death. Dr. Romete had also seen Amythe night before her deat claiming that the singer was “tipsy but calm”. Last month Amys father Mitch had speculated that she had died from alchohol withdrawl and could have overdosed on Librium, a drug she was using to treat her condition.

As I was sitting at my computer today I couldn’t help but remember what the whole world was captivated with back in March of this year (2011). I remembered hearing about all the chaos and the death tolls rising and the fear about the nuclear plant that put so many lives in danger. I decided to do a little search on what news was up with the Japan Tsunami. What I found I almost couldn’t believe. Most of the articles that came up were from March, when the Japan Tsunami initially hit. I was able to find one article from April. Has the world forgotten the Japan Tsunami and earthquake?

Hurricane Katrina, which hit in 2005 still lives on. Some big companies are still concentrating fundraising efforts on this cause. That was 5 years ago. Why 5 years after Hurricane Katrina do we still hear all of this news on fundraising and rebuilding efforts but yet we no longer hear anything about the Japan Tsunami? Did you know that Hurricane Katrina claimed the lives of 1,838 people? How about this, a month after the Japan Tsunami the death toll was at 13,843 with another 14,030 still missing! Thats 10 times the amount of people killed yet 6 months after the disaster we hear nothing and Hurricane Katrina funds 5 years after the fact are still everywhere we look.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not condoning any efforts of the United States to help the people of their country and I am sure that in Japan there are a lot of efforts going on to help those whose lives were devestated that day. I am just wondering why everyone outside of Japan has forgotten this disaster. Does anyone actually know the current condition of the nuclear facilities that were under such a close watch immediatly after the Japan Tsunami? What about those who were unfortunate enough to come across the radiation? How are they coping? What is being done to rebuild? What is being done to help prevent this from happening again? WHERE ARE THE FOLLOW UP STORIES? ? With the lack of attention so quickly after such a disaster as this I can’t help but wonder, is there something they DON’T want us to know?

The people making the film “Revelations of the Mayans 2012 and Beyond” have Alien proof ! We are going to have to wait for their film to come out before it will all be exposed though. Apparently they even have Steven Hawkings on their side! Producer of the film Raul Julia-Levy has offered a photo as a little sneak peak of the alien proof. This photo was taken in the 1930s

in southern Guatemala and shows a head carved in the middle of the jungle. According to a letter that accompanied the photo, from archaeologist Hector E. Mejia this carving dates back to between 3500 and 5000 B.C. Could a carving of a head in the middle of the jungle mean taht a civilization superior to our own once roamed this earth?

This photo is only one of the pieces of evidence that these film makers are going to throw in our direction. Thats likely a good thing! A picture of a head statue in the middle of the jungle doesn’t really convince me that there is alien proof out there lol.

“This explains who we are,” said Julia-Levy, the son (Son? Julia? whatever thats not the point of this article) of actor Raul Julia. “This explains why these big f—ing monuments are all around the world.”

REALLY? A giant head explains why there are pyramids and stonehenge? I bet Niagra falls is there too because of a big head in Guatamal too right?

“‘I warn humanity that aliens are out there. Just because the aliens were friends with the Mayans doesn’t mean they are our friends. Humans should avoid contact with aliens at all costs.’” Julia the son says that this is a direct quote from Steven Hawkings who apparently is on board with them. I think I am shaking in my boots right now! Someone hold me! (as of right now nobody associated with Hawkings has confirmed any of this). Now thats alien proof if I have ever seen it before!

“To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly natural”, Hawkings did actually say this. Which is a far cry form the accused comment!

Oh, and guess what! This head no longer remains in the jungle! The United States of America swooped in and grabbed the 17 meter (51 foot) tall statue and hid it in the States! Of course they did! What other logical explanation could there be? There is no way the want us to know about the alien proof they have locked up in their basement.

The film makers say this: ”The creative style is not consistent with the civilizations that inhabited the southern coast of Guatemala prior to the arrival of the Spaniards … It is indisputably pre-Olmec and pre-Maya … One can assign an age between 3,500 and 5,000 BC.” Yup, there you have it! Alien Proof! They really do exist!

Here we go, a little bit of fresh air for you parents out there that think your kid freaks out a little bit too much. Meet Stephen, Stephen apparently likes his World of Warcraft account. Incase you havent seen this video you can watch it here. Now, in my opinion Stepen “the greatest freakout kid” has been spoiled from day one just a little too much, to the point where the normal person can tell he needs years upon years of deep counseling. Is it a result of parents not being allowed to spank their kids any more? I would say yes! Growing up if I even contemplated throwing a temper tantrum of this caliber I would have a sore hind end for a month. I wouldnt be trying to stick a tv remote up my butt or hitting myself in the head with a shoe! I would be in my bed, under my covers, thinking about what I did wrong to deserve this.

Now The greatest freakout ever original video is not the only one of its kind. If you check out YouTube and look at all of the videos Wafflepwn has uploaded you will see at least 15 or 16 of these. Perhaps one of the funniest is when Stephen (who at this point apparently doesnt know he has been a celebrity on YouTube) finds out. Yes, there is a camera rolling when he is clued in on this. Check it out here if you have not seen it yet.

Now I have watched all of these greatest freakout videos, including a 1 hour and 10 minute “movie” of them all together. Having trouble finding it ? Just click here for the movie. I must say, The first video it was cool. The more and more of them I watch the more and more they seem like a little production or staged event. Take for example the police video. How often do you call the cops and just 1 single police officer shows up?

All in all, the greatest freakout ever is just loke all great and hilarious things. Taken in moderation, ya, they’re cool. Too much and they all seem to be the exact same thing with a little different camera angle. I am personally not convinced that these are real. But, let me here your opinions! Leave a comment below before you leave.

Hello everybody and welcome to TomsNews.com Breaking news today is all about the honey badger. I’m not talking about the animal itself. I am talking about “czg123″s description of the honey badger on YouTube. If your not familiar with this video you can watch it here and then the rest of this might make a little bit more sense to you. Now “Randall” narrates this stunning documentary of a honey badger and during the whole video I was captivated by the pure bravery of this creature. But on the other hand I couldn’t help laughing histarically at the narrating. “Honey badger don’t care, honey badger don’t give a $hit” could be one of my favorite lines along with “thanks for the lunch, stupid!”

But why? I mean if I was watching this on discovery, yeah I would watch but there would be absolutly no way I would take the same funny factor out of it. Is it because the narrator sounds gay? Is it because there is a humorous aspect to it? Or is it because its not just some monotone middle aged dude describing everything that we see is happening? Now this Randall has done quite a few of these documentaries but none even come close to the histerical factor of this one. The next best one, in my opinion would be Signal Stupid which can be found here. I think the more videos he makes the harder he tries now and they just don’t seem to live up to the expectations of the honey badger. But in all reality Randall has done what so many people on YouTube are striving to do. He has taken something ordinary and made it extraordinary. At the time of writing this there has been over 21 million hits on this one video. 21 MILLION! Randal, there is your 15 mins of fame, or 21 million 3:21 of fame which works out to about 71 million minutes of fame (which works out to about 134 years). But who’s counting.

This just in! Turns out you can actually buy t-shirts and coffee mugs with a honey badger on them and a saying from the video! WOW! Yeah I think it has gone a litle too far. I guess everyone needs to monetize what they are good at even if it is just talking over a little bit of video. If anyone is really that interested in the Honey Badger mechandise you can check it out here. If not, I don’t really blame you at all lol!
